Samsung Launches 32 GB DDR3 RAM Module, Mostly Just Because They Can

Samsung yammered back in January about making a 32-gigabyte RAM stick, and now they’ve unveiled the beastly piece of hardware for servers. These new 1.35-volt modules are also 20-percent faster than previous 1.5-volt modules. Nice.
